Can I add to my order?

If your order has been placed and you would like to add to you your, this may be possible providing that your order hasn’t already been processed for dispatch and the additional item(s) are in stock. Please contact us at info@purplemill.co.uk or 0208 144 4105 with your existing order number and will be able to look into this for you.

If your order has not yet been processed, we will take payment for the additional item(s) and add it to your existing order. If your order has been already processed a new order will need to be placed.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has been placed and you would like to cancel the full or any part of your order please contact us at info@purplemill.co.uk or 0208 144 4105. Providing your order hasn’t been processed for dispatch we will do everything possible to cancel and refund your order. 

If your order has already been dispatched, you can send the items back to us at your expense. Please see our returns policy guidelines. Please ensure the goods are securely packed with the order number and the reason for return is included. A refund of the returned goods will be processed within 5 working days of receipt, however it could take 1-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Can I return an item for a refund/exchange?

If you wish to return an item for any reasons or exchange it, you can do so, please contact us at info@purplemill.co.uk  or 0208 144 4105.

For returning items back to us, please see our returns policy guidelines. Please ensure that items are returned within 14 days of receiving your order items must be in returned to us in a new or unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items but the shipping cost is non-refundable.

What can I do if I receive a damaged or faulty Item?

In the event where you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will replace the item or provide a full refund. Please see our returns policy guidelines for more information.

We will also accept returns for faulty goods 30 days from the date of receipt.

Bulk Purchase

If you would like to purchase a large quantity of a particular item please contact us at info@purplemill.co.uk or 0208 144 4105 to discuss your items that you require. We will find out as quickly as possible if we can fulfil your order and how long it may take.

Can items be reserved?

We can reserve the items for you.

Can I change my delivery address?

Whilst your order is in progress, you may still change your delivery address, to do so please contact us.  We are unable to change your delivery address for any items which are being are being prepared or have already been shipped.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept payments by PayPal only.

Where do you ship?

We deliver to all of the UK and Republic of Ireland. We can also deliver to the Channel Island, Europe and rest of the world. Please contact us shipping costs.
