The placing of any orders with Purple Mill LTD either verbally, in writing or via our website shall be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of our site.

  2. ORDERS

    All prices are quoted are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) charged at 20%. We must receive full payment of the order before the order can be dispatched, once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

    You are able to correct any errors on your order up to the point on which you click on “submit” during the ordering process. Once you have placed the order we will send you an acknowledgement providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order which has been debited to your PayPal account.

    Unless we have notified that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the Cancellation Section on this site, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered to you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Cancellation Policy.

    We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment of if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

    Delivery of orders is usually within 2-5 working days from receipt of payment and subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order following your order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this and you will have the option to either wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.

  3. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCTS

    We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered on to the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on the website at any time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

    We reserve the right to change/update the products and prices on the website at any time and without notice.

    Any weight, dimensions and sizes quoted on our website are approximate only.

  4. PAYMENTS

    Payment is due with the order. We only accept payments by PayPal.

  5. RISK & OWNERSHIP

    Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery.

    You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Legal ownership will revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

  6. DELIVERY

    Delivery charges vary according to the total value of goods ordered and these are set out separately on our website.

    You may be required to pay extra for delivery and we may not be able to deliver to come locations.

    Where the order qualifies for a free delivery, this will only be applicable to a delivery address within the United Kingdom. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify on your order, therefore it is important that the address is accurate.

  7. DAMAGED, INCORRECT ORDERS, GOODS NOT RECEIVED

    If goods are not received within 7 working days from the order/invoice date please notify us.

    If the goods supplied are damaged or are not what you have ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@purplemill.co.uk

    All original packaging and damaged items must be kept until the claim has been processed.

    You will be re-credited for the costs incurred for returning any faulty or damaged goods.

  8. RETURNS

    No returns will be accepted without prior written agreement. The buyer will be liable for all return delivery charges. Refunds will only be given for goods returned with original packaging intact and in perfect undamaged condition.

  9. CANCELLATION

    Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods, with the exception of any made to order items. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order with us, nor will you have to pay any penalty. However you will need to notify us if you wish to cancel your order.

    If you have received the goods before you cancel your order, then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk.

    If you cancel your order and we have already processed the goods for delivery you will need to send the goods back to us once received to our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

    Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited by us will be re-credited to your PayPal account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned to us in the condition they were delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered or do not pay the cost of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the costs from the amount being credited to you.

    We reserve the right to cancel the order if:

    • We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
    • We do not deliver to your area or
    • One or more of the goods you have ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

    If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email and you will be re-credited to your PayPal account as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
